Hi. i want to know if Best way( which is like rent a center) takes me to arbitration and they win the judgment do i still have to return the items? They alrready took me to small claims and it was dismissed so they were told to take it to arbitration. So what should i do from here?

You are renting the item. Either return it if you do not intend to keep it or keep paying for it.
If small claims dismissed the suit, there must be something in your contract which requires arbitration. It depends on where arbitration is, but if it is in a non-consumer friendly place like the National Arbitration Forum, your chances of success are not high.
What I suggest is that you read the agreement and call the company (or their attorney) and see how this can be resolved.
