Do I Have A Case

I had surgery and I think they messed up my back with the epidural. Also My stomach now has one side larger than the other and the larger side hurts alot now. I was told it should be a simple procedure and it ended up half my lower stomach is gone now. I feal like a monster and I want it fixed. Do I have a case
