Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in North Carolina
A doctor's moral obligation
This is a scenario. Dr. Hamel is walking on the beech in NC. He sees an individual who is bleeding. He did not want to get involved so he continued his walk. Where can I find case law and court decisions from the internet on this type of case?
Thank You
John

Re: A doctor's moral obligation
There may be a moral obligation, but there is no legal obligation to help. The law does not impose a duty on an individual to help someone else.
