Do I have a malpratice lawsuit'

My son was murdered, he was driven to hospital in private car. 911 was called in route,when they arrived at the hospital my nephew was told to move the car with my son in the car, he arrived alive, it took 25-30 mins to get him out of the car. he was wheeled in a wheelchair. no one was waiting. he was shot in the chest.

You really need more facts to determine whether you (or the Estate of your son) has a claim for wrongful death, based on malpractice. You should probably consult with an attorney to explore this matter further. The ultimate issue would be whether the health care providers violated the standard of care, and that determination would require lots of additional information.
