This is not a question that can be answered on here. Damages can only be determined once you have a thorough consultation and investigation. A number of factors will influence what you can sue for including;

-out of pocket/medical expenses you have had to pay for

-proof that the damages were caused by the drug

-any negligence you may have had (you keep taking the drug after it harmed you or you used it improperly)

The list goes on and on. Some cases are not even worth pursuing because the damages are low or proof is not there, while other cases can be worth millions.
