is there any way to get out of a court martial because you were stop loss

Your question leaves alot of room for further questions, but the short answer is probably not. So long as the military has valid jurisdiction over you, any offense(s) triable by court-martial can only be defended by asserting affirmative defenses and/or by asserting facts to contradict the allegations. You need to hone in on military defense counsel without delay or otherwise consider your option of hiring a civilian attorney experienced in military justice matters.
