Auto Accident Claim Question

I was in a car accident in late April. I was rear ended, and not at fault. Im cuurently seeing an Orthepedist. I recently recieved a call from the guilty party's insurance company that due to the lack of substantial damage to either vehicle, and the fact I didnt report my injuries to the police officer that was called that Im not covered. What should I do to continue to handle this claim myself?

It will be difficult to handle that yourself. The most you can do is present your claim to the insurer, explain why you did not report injuries at the scene, and try to negotiate the best settlement you can. You may be well-served to see an attorney.
