Will a blowout on a car make a car leave the highway and flip?

This is more of a scientific (rather than a legal) question, but a "blowout" will not necessarily cause a car to flip over; in fact normally it will not. You may want to consult with an attorney and provide him or her with more facts if you may have a legal claim arising from a rollover.
