car accident
Will a blowout on a car make a car leave the highway and flip?

Re: car accident
This is more of a scientific (rather than a legal) question, but a "blowout" will not necessarily cause a car to flip over; in fact normally it will not. You may want to consult with an attorney and provide him or her with more facts if you may have a legal claim arising from a rollover.

Thank you for your question.
To answer your question directly, yes this very well could happen.
Please remember that it is very difficult to give full advice on limited information, and by e-mail. As is the case many times under the law, there is not necessarily a clear answer. Cases like this cases be very fact specific and further information may be helpful.
Thank you again, and please feel free to contact us if we can provide further information.
