am i infault of an accident it was 3 car invovled iwas car#2 and car #3caused me

was i in fault of a car accident iwas car #2 when car#3 struck me causing me to strike car car#1 and that's what the police report state am i lialbe for car#1 injuries or will car #3 be respobile for all damages to all car involed
