Liability of Day Care Providers
If, during the registration of a child at a daycare facility, a form is signed releasing the facility of liability in the event of a accident/death, can that facility still be held responsible if negligence is established?

Some of the claims can be released (or waived) in that fashion, and others cannot. The only claims that can be waived (for the most part) are the claims for the minor's medical bills, until the age of majority, because these are theoretically the bills of the parents. As for the remainder of the claim, those cannot be waived or released by such a process. You should probably consult an attorney if you have a specific issue.
