Legal Question in Personal Injury in North Carolina

I recently slipped and fell on ice due to my apartment complex failure to properly de ice the sidewalks. This is the 2nd time this has happened this year. The first time I twisted my back and had to get medical treatment and was in a lot of pain. This time I've hurt my wrist and ankle. A few years back, my old roommate fell on ice and ended up in the er. Do I have a legal case?

Some people frown on this type of case as "you should have watched where you were walking' but sometimes it is possible you may have a legitimate claim. You should consult with a local personal injury attorney familiar with 'slip and fall' cases. There is usually no fee for a consultation and fees are often contingent - meaning the attorney does not get paid unless you recover money damages. Best of luck to you!
