Legal Question in Personal Injury in North Carolina
work accidents within the past year
I fell from a fork lift mast,it broke while 15 ft in the air.I landed and so did one other person.we hit the ground .It was at a Tyson Plant in wilkesboro,nc.Although I felt no pain then I know have sever pain in my back and neck.Is there any thing I can do?

You really need to see a lawyer about this. If you were injured while working, you may have a workers compensation claim. There also may be claim(s) against other persons (e.g. manufacturer of crane). I strongly suggest you see a lawyer, especially if you have ongoing neck and/or back problems.
