I had a 16 year old girl (driving) and her 16 year old boyfriend to start to turn infront of me. I hit them head on. they did not get hurt.they took me to hospital. very bruised up. my knees have exstesive brusing on bone, torn legiments, torn muscels. basicly orto dr. told me just let them heal. cant do anything with out hurting and taking some kind of pain meds. back at work now. what or how do you estimate being paid for pain and suffering? stomach had lots of torn muscels to. basicly been in some kind of pain for 3 weeks now. The girl got tickets. had plenty of witnesses. what all are the insurace supose to pay me for. i heard that they go by -- what medical bills are and times it by 3..?
