Legal Question in Product Liability in North Carolina

My niece pointed out this one to me when she was lookin up dmv information. An unofficial dmv site had a sponsored link for a site called AtlanticAveTire.net with a small image next to it, and in the images were nude men and women engaging in sexual activities. Can any legal action be taken? There were no warnings or disclaimers for material such as that. I took a screenshot of the page as well as proof and also still have the original still up.

First, that site (as it is currently posted) does not contain the material you describe, but appears to be a legitimate site. Second, even if the site were as you describe, there is probably no legal claim for such action.
