Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

I need to know if $1287 and 14 days is a reasonable amount to ask for a title and deed search. I was called by a company claiming to have my timeshare sold if i get the title and deed search done. that was their amount and the time it took. Claimed that if i did it myself it would take longer and cost more. I have my doubts.
