Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

Do I have to accept a power of attorney from my landlord granting a realtor to act as landlord to show the property to sell? The lease states that only the landlord my enter the dwelling to inspect or to show the house.

Yes. The landlord can appoint an agent to act for them. If they appointed the realtor to be their agent, the realtor has every power and responsibility that the landlord has under the lease.
