Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

I bought a house in 2003, from a lady who

who need to access the equity in her home

however her credit was unsatisfactory. We

all the necessary information legally

prepared by an attorney. I granted her a living

will. She has now passed away. Her daughter

in - law moved into the property and refuses

to moved and/or pay rent. We need a way

to resolve this issue without hiring an attorney

Unfortunately, there is far too much missing information to provide much help. You said all of the necessary information, but you didn't say what the was.

Also, did you mean life estate instead of living will? A living will has nothing to do with homes. A living will is a document people create to determine how they want to be treated if in the hospital with a very serious and/or life threatening illness or injury.

What will happen here depends on who owns the home.
