If you have the Deed to the home or otherwise you are allowed to do as you wish on the property, yes you can. Paying a mortgage has nothing to do with the right to own or enjoy the property. Now if the mortgage is not paid at some point and the bank starts foreclosure, the home that was placed on that may be unable to be moved, may be lost to the bank.
