Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

I just had a closing for refinancing my home mortgage. I am still in the 3 day right of recission. I have 2 tracts of land-1 with a house and 1.8 acres and an adjoining lot with 3 acres. On the closing documents only the tract with the house was listed. I have notified the bank and was wondering what you suggest I do?

I don't understand what the problem is. Was the loan supposed to be for both tracts? If it was for your residence, then only the tract of land with the house should be secured by the deed of trust. The less that is secured the better off you are.
