Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
My commission on a short sale(property in NC) is held by the closing attorney by a request from the seller even though we have a contract stating all the terms , also we have an agreement to split part of it with another firm , they got their split but we did not ,what is the fastest way to release it
