Dad putting his business in children name, wife needs to know her rights
My husband is going to put his business in one of his childrens name, this is his second marriage- how can I be assured that my son and I can still have and interest in the business, if my husband was to die, I would lose our home.Is there a legal paper or condition that would assure me that I would not have to face losing our home?
