Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
Deed
If two persons are named on a deed, can one fully deed their portion to the other? And, is a lawyer need for this?
Thanks.

Re: Deed
I charge only $100.00 to draw up a Deed. But you also need legal advice to make sure that this will not cause OTHER problems that you do not know about.
If you would like, give me a call; I am in northern New Jersey. The telephone consultation will be free. I would be happy to help you out.

Re: Deed
If you have to ask the question, then it is probably best that you consult with a lawyer. There are some very experienced people who can do their own deeds but "conveyancing" is not something that you want to learn the hard way.
