Deed
The Deed to my property does not show any easements, right-of-ways, etc. I have been advised that there is an easement across my property and I would like to know what options are available to me since I would not have purchased this property had I known about this easement

Deeds do not necessarily show easements. A title search should have revealed the easement. Check your title policy and see if the easement is listed on there as an exception.
