my father die left his six kid his property how should do split it up when one don't to sell

I assume you are referring the siblings who want the land should buy out the share of the siblings who don't. If they don't want to do that, then any of the siblings needs to see a real estate attorney in the county/state where the land is located and bring a partition action. in partition the court will order the land to be sold to the highest bidder at a sale and the proceeds will be divided between all 6 of you.
