Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

forclosure

I am the third lien holder on a house that is going to be foreclosed on. the owner has abandoned the house. Second lien holder is foreclosing,will I be able to get what is owed to me.

Your deed of trust will be wiped out. You are unlikely to get anything out of the foreclosure unless there are surplus proceeds. You can bid on the property but if you bought it, it would be subject to the first deed of trust and other things such as taxes.
