Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

My Homeowners Association denied my request for a dumpster to be removed from in front of my townhome. How can I get this dumpster removed? Can I legally have this relocated?

More information is needed as to where exactly the dumpster is (on your yard or on common area property), and the purpose of the dumpster, among other questions. You should speak to a real property attorney with a copy of your restrictive covenents for a proper answer.
