Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
The house we have has a mortgage in only my husband's name. The house is listed in both our names. How do I change the deed to just my husband's name?

You can do a quitclaim deed conveying your share of the house solely to your husband. Or you can get an attorney to make a new deed in which you and your husband convey the house to you. Why do you want to do this?
