Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

My husband moved from my house on 06-01-12. He has a shed in my back yard. I have ask him several times to move it. He says he will but as of this date, has not. Can I have the shed removed?

It depends on who owns the property. If the property is only in your name, then you most likely can. If the property is in both of your names, it will be difficult to legally remove property that the co-owner puts on the proeprty.
