Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
My husband refuse to pay the mortgage and wants the house to go into foreclosure because he doesnt want to be married to me anymore only his name is on the mortgage and both our names are on the deed to the house and i am a housewife so i dont have a real job i didnt know of his plan until i over heard him talking to his friend. is their anything i can do before its to late? me and my son dont have anywhere to go hes 9.

I would look for a referral for a good domestic attorney and consult with them. Maybe you are entitled to alimony, etc.
Regarding the house, unless the mortgage gets paid, the bank will have the ability to foreclose although the process might take some time.
