injunction forms for real estate court procedings

i own a co-op unit/the board is operating in bad faith refusing to settle complaints and is treatening my tenants.need to proceed with court injunction to stop abuse and threats of eviction

As long as the tenancy is permitted under the co-op rules and you have an approved lease, you can proceed. You should get a local attorney familiar with co-ops and real estate to assist you.
