Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

iv been divorced for 4 years and my x wife never did the quick claim deed that the court ordered as part of the divorce. it took me almost a year to get ahold of her to try to get her to do it and then she trys to get me to brib her with firearms for her signature so i didnt get her to sign. not im in the middle of a refi and need her to cooperaate and i cant get ahold of her with the contact info that worked before that i obtained after a year of searching. how can i fix this and get her name off of the deed without her cooperation??

You can't get her off the deed without her cooperation without forging her name and committing a crime. You real option is to go back to your family law attorney and ask them to file a show cause motion in court to get her to tell the Judge why she has refused to abide by his/her ruling.
