Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
Kids play with my kids at my home, I have a trampoline and a small pool in a fenced in back yard. My homeowners insurance covers fires only. My question is will putting up signs saying swim jump and play at own risk will that protect me from lawsuit if a child gets injured?

No, it will likely not. Children, especially younger ones cannot waive liability such as an adult can when you post the signs.
