Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
My lease ends April 18th, my landlord is aware i will not berenewing my lease and wants to list the property now and start showing for the remainder of my lease. Is there any limit of days left to lease I have to have people in and out of my home? Or do I have to spend the next 90 doing so?
