my mother and father had 8 children, they purchase a house and added my brother on to the house

deed. mother and father died house is paid for brother claims the house is now his. Should the house belong him or should part of it belong to the other 7 children of the decease.

Depends on how the deed is worded. If they gave him right of survivorship, he owns the whole property. Otherwise, there are differing possibilities - for example, he owns 50% outright and 1/8 of the remaining 50%. Consult a real estate attorney in your area.
