My mother is still living and she deeded her old house to me. I am still married but have been seperated for over fourteen months now. My wife lives in her home which she owns in the state of Georgia. I moved back to the state North Carolina where I was born fourteen months ago and mother deeded her old home place to me. If I should pass away is my wife entilted to any part of my home which my mothe rgave me
