Owner financing a home is the original owner to whom we are still making payments each month. What are they reliable for.There wiring issue in one of the bedrooms light flickers sometimes want come on then does as well as mold on ceiling and wall from roof leaking in the .5 bathroom. We owner finance the house and still pay payments each month to the owners Daughter. Should they have to fix these issues. Since they were not pointed out during sell. Should they be liable for a terminator to come spray for termites which have been spotted.

It depends on your agreement. If the agreement required repairs, then yes. If there was no such requirement, unfortunately, they are not required to make any repairs.
