Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

A Partial Claim was missed during the title search of my property for a refinance. The Partial Claim is now leagaly the primary mortgage. Does this mean that the new morgage is invalid and that I only need to pay the Partial claim?

I don't know wht a partial claim is but your new mortgage would not be invalid. You should contact your title insurance company if something was missed during the title search.
