pending sewer assessments
When land is sold and there are PENDING sewer assessments, who is responsible for paying and how is this handled at closing? The city has only given estimated costs. Is the seller obligated to pay since there are only estimates and in ''pending'' status? Thank You

It is a matter of contract. If you have a standard offer to purchase, look at Section 6.
