Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

the property is in my name and has a clear deed.... Situation: I have a mobile home in my name. I let my mom live in the home and I live in another home.. She is a senior citizen .some things need to be done at the home and she can get the help but it needs to be in her name.. I don't want to release the property for her to loose it to my other siblings if something happens to her.. what can be done

You can give her a life estate. This will give her "ownership" of the home during her life and when she passes, the home reverts back to you.
