Property tax

I am dealing with air-property. No one wants to help pay the taxes and is not willing to sale. Is it true I can take the property after 7 years if no one else helps me with paying taxes

Your best alternative is to employ an attorney who is familiar with the law of the state where the property is located, who will explain your options to you. What you describe is unlikely to be a complete solution, but there are ways of dealing with the situation that you find yourself in.
