Purchased house with boyfriend
I purchased a home with my boyfriend, dumb mistake he is included in the loan and listed on the deed. Things are not working out and I would like sole ownership of the house. What steps need to be taken to correct my mistake

You can buy him out or if he is willing, have him sign a quit claim deed and you can refinance the house solely in your name. Either way, you will likely have to refinance in your name only.
