Selling a piece of commercial land

I am 1/3 owner of a commercial land site in NC. Can I sell my portion of this land to someone else, if the other two parties aren't interested in selling their share?

If so, how would I do that?

You would need to engage the services of an attorney to file a partition suit in the appropriate N. Carolina court where the property is located. A hearing would then be held on the matter to determine whether the propery could be suitably subdivided or partitioned among the owners or whether the court would need to order a sale of the entire acreage with a proportionate division of the sale proceeds among the owners.
