Changes to Settlement State

If the closing attorney collected for taxes to be paid on the buyers side on the second page and gave the approriate credit on the front page, and after closing discover seller's escrow account paid taxes. Does a new Settlement Statement need to be signed?

I don't think so. If the closing attorney collected taxes but has not yet paid the taxes, the money should be refunded to the Seller. The Buyer's side would be unchanged.
