If spouses both names are on a house deed and one remarried who gets the property if the married one passes away

Because one spouse remarried, that means the original spouses divorced In that case, they are joint tenants without right of survivorship. That means they each have half and when one former spouse passes, that former spouses heirs get his or her half portion.
