Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

i am taking over my moms property there is a double wide manufacture home on the property that is about to collapse around us with North Carolina laws what can i replace it with can i replace it with a new single wide? because that may be all we can afford?

This depends on a lot of factors. First, we would need to know what city your are in for nay zoning issues. Second, we would need to know if the property is in a development with restrictive covenants that prevents the installation of a single wide. Speak to a real estate attorney in your area.
