tranfer house to exwife

my exwife and i bought a home to together she lives there with our daughter i live in another state i want her to have the house solely how can i transfer all rights to her?

You and your former wife could probably execute quitclaim deeds conveying your respective joint interests in the property to her which should leave her as the sole owner of record.

In addition, although you did not ask, if you are a borrower on a mortgage secured by the property, deeding to your ex-wife does not take you off liability for the mortgage balance.
