Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

Water Well

There is a new house being built next to our in the country. their builder has buried a long pipe on our property to access a well. They do not have any rights in our deed to allow this. The pipe is about 500 feet long. What can I do? It is a vacation home so it happened when we were not there.
