Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina

My ex wife refinanced our home after we separated, and I didn't sign over my interest on the deed of trust on the land to her. Now the bank is trying to foreclose, my ex moved out of the country. I moved into the house. They want me to sign over my interest to my ex. Do I have a case to get the house back?

Call a lawyer ASAP. If you owned the home and you didn't sign the loan, they may not have the right to foreclose. You may have a strong case.
