I don't understand why your name was put on the deed at the time you bought the property. Were you married?

Without more information, neither I nor anyone else can help you. Unless you can prove that you contributed to the purchase and that your name should be on the deed, I don't see how you can compel your wife to add you, And even if you could do so, it would not be exactly conducive to good marital relations.

What are you trying to do and why is it important that you be added to the deed if your wife does not want to do this?
